BUSH: Good He's Going

I have read something that has sunk my already low opinion of George W. Bush to the bottom of the pit. In an article about Bush's first meeting with Barack Obama, he coddled up to the liberal Senator and demeaned the serious Conservative Alan Keyes. Here is the quote that irked me to no end:
"We both had to debate Alan Keyes," the president said. "That guy's a piece of work, isn't he?" (http://elections.foxnews.com/2008/11/09/bush-obama-meeting-hard-feelings-hand-sanitier/comments/#AddComments)

Bush is not due the respect of the office. It will be good to see the socialist sent on his way. At least President-Elect Obama is open about his socialist tendencies. Alan Keyes trounced Bush in their debate.

Several minutes into the debate, Bachman announced that he had a question that came from "the good folks of Iowa," one that he had selected from a stack of questions submitted in advance by viewers. "What political philosopher do you most identify with and why?" he asked...

...The next response, which came from Alan Keyes, was reasonable, too. Keyes said the political philosophers he used the plural noun, rather than the singular he most identified with were "the founders of this country." Keyes urged his listeners to "get back to their thinking."

Then came Texas Gov. George W. Bush's turn. "Gov. Bush," said Bachman, "a philosopher-thinker, and why."

Without hesitation, Bush responded, "Christ, because he changed my heart." (http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m1571/is_/ai_n6145022)

Alan Keyes clarified that he hadn't answered "Jesus Christ" for a question about who his favorite philosopher/thinker was because God is far more than just a philosopher/thinker. (http://dir.salon.com/story/news/feature/1999/12/14/debate/)

Alan Keyes trounces Bush in the thinker category- a true Conservative (AK) versus a socialist in disguise (GWB). Bush is worthless. That is one thing I can agree with liberals on. He is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Look at the fruit of his eight years as President of the United States.
