Considering Castro

"Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and let not your heart be glad when he stumbles, lest the Lord see it and be displeased..." (Proverbs 24.17)

I am happy Cuba is free of Fidel Castro (as Marco Rubio stated in the linked article), however, as I rebuked Christians for rejoicing over the death of Osama Bin Laden, I will also refrain from rejoicing from the journey this man took to hell.  There is a great deal of blood on his hands and he will be justly judged by the One True Judge.  I do not rejoice in that.

To be relieved at a death like that of Fidel Castro or Osama Bin Laden is understandable, but, as a Christian, to rejoice over such a death is hideous.
