Christian Man Raped, Murdered for Refusing to Convert to Islam, Family Says - FOXNews.com
Islam, the religion of peace according to Barack Obama, George W. Bush and many others, is once again at the heart of a brutal act. Of course, brutality is highlighted when it is a nut killing an abortionist, but where is the major story covering this (outside of Fox News)?
Islam is brutal and vengeful at its very heart and it is clear when islamic history is viewed in an honest effort to get to the truth. For more information see Don Walton's book The Truth About Islam. (<=Click for information on this great book!)

Some Truth About Islam

G.W. Bush said, "I also want to speak tonight directly to Muslims throughout the world: We respect your faith. It is practiced freely by many millions of Americans, and by millions more in countries that America counts as friends. Its teachings are good and peaceful, and those who commit evil in the name of Allah blaspheme the name of Allah. The terrorists are traitors to their own faith, trying, in effect, to hijack Islam itself. The enemy of America is not our many Muslim friends; it is not our many Arab friends. Our enemy is a radical network of terrorists, and every government that supports them." (9.20.2001 an address to a Joint Session of Congress)
Mohammed said: “The sword is the key of heaven and hell; a drop of blood shed in the cause of Allah, a night spent in arms, is of more avail than two months of fasting or prayer; whosoever falls in battle, his sins are forgiven, and at the day of judgment his limbs shall be supplied by the wings of angels and cherubim."
G.W. Bush probably does not know as much about Islam as does Mohammed, Islam's founder.
Barack Hussein Obama said, "To the Muslim world, we seek a new way forward, based on mutual interest and mutual respect. To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict, or blame their society's ills on the West: Know that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy. To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history; but that we will extend a hand if you are willing to unclench your fist." (Inaugural Address January, 2009)
The Koran: has well over 100 verses that teach fighting, killing and terror. When compared to the Hadith (a history of Mohammed the Sunni Muslims use as an example to follow, though Shiites reject it) we see that most of these verses are chronologically later than the "peace" and acceptance verses. Due to the "Doctrine of Abrogation," the later "revelations" from Allah cancelled out the earlier teachings. The doctrines of Mohammed were always subject to change. The point: Islam at its heart is violent and vengeful. It is seen in the life of Mohammed, his followers and the books of his religion.
The Bible does teach that Jesus came not to bring peace, but a sword (Matthew 10.34), but that is not in the same kind of context as the Koran and the life of Mohammed displayed in the Hadith. The Bible teaches forgiveness:
For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us. As a father shows compassion to his children, so the LORD shows compassion to those who fear him. (Psalm 103.11-13 ESV)The Bible also teaches unchanging truth:
O LORD, is not this what I said when I was yet in my country? That is why I made haste to flee to Tarshish; for I knew that you are a gracious God and merciful, slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love, and relenting from disaster. (Jonah 4.2 ESV)
Let it be known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, and by him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses. (Acts 13.38-39 ESV)
Of old you laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands. They will perish, but you will remain; they will all wear out like a garment. You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away, but you are the same, and your years have no end. (Psalm 102.25-27 ESV)Finally, the Bible teaches one way to salvation- by grace, through faith in Christ alone:
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. (Matthew 24.35 ESV)
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. (Hebrew 13.8 ESV)
And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. (Acts 4.12 ESV)
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. (John 14.6 ESV)
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. (Ephesians 2.8-9 ESV)
My best resource for this post was "The Truth About Islam" by Don Walton at Time For Truth Ministries. He could not find a publisher willing to print this workbook- and was even kicked out of a major office supply chain when he was having them printed at his own expense. The workbooks were originally intended as a resource for pastors to be able to teach from, but they have become popular with those who are not ministerial staff members.

Evil in Religion: The Honor of Murder
As the civilized world mourns the loss of life at a Seminary in Israel, Hamas "backtracked" from their claim of responsibility according to Fox News in this article: Thousands Mourn Massacre at Jerusalem Seminary; Hamas Backtracks on Responsibility Claim.
Do not take this as Hamas showing a human side. They are still animals. The quote in the backtracking was reported as follows:
This is more evidence that Muslims are blinded by the deception of a satanic religion. A religion that justifies murder and hatred. A religion that esteems revenge and the slaughter of the innocent over the compassion and selflessness of Christ and the Biblical Christian faith. In the Biblical Christian faith, revenge is left to God, not sinful men.
Do not take this as Hamas showing a human side. They are still animals. The quote in the backtracking was reported as follows:
Abu Obeida, a spokesman for Hamas' military wing, confirmed the group was not taking responsibility for the attack — at least yet.
"There may be a later announcement. ... But we don't claim this honor yet," he said. (emphasis mine- from the above linked story at Fox News)
You shall not take vengeance or bear a grudge against the sons of your own people, but you shall love your neighbor as yourself: I am the LORD. Leviticus 19.18 (ESV)
Do not say, "I will do to him as he has done to me; I will pay the man back for what he has done." Proverbs 24.29 (ESV)
And he sent messengers ahead of him, who went and entered a village of the Samaritans, to make preparations for him. But the people did not receive him, because his face was set toward Jerusalem. And when his disciples James and John saw it, they said, "Lord, do you want us to tell fire to come down from heaven and consume them?" But he turned and rebuked them. And they went on to another village. Luke 9.52-56 (ESV)
Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. Romans 12.17 (ESV)
Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord." Romans 12.19 (ESV)
Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12.21 (ESV)
See that no one repays anyone evil for evil, but always seek to do good to one another and to everyone. 1 Thessalonians 5:15 (ESV)

Evil in Religion (06/15)
I would venture to say they are not. We read about Islamic brutality every day. Most of these men probably believe they are doing what God wants them to do, and in a sense they are right. The god of this world (satan) is very pleased to see them murder their enemies. After all, the Bible says, "You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father's desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies." (John 8.44 ESV)
It is unfortunate but true that Islam is the most violent major religion known to man. They take the fifth satanic statement, "Vengeance is mine, no turning the other cheek" (from the satanic bible) as their own command. The Bible teaches:
Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them. Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. Live in harmony with one another. Do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly. Never be conceited. Repay no one evil for evil, but give thought to do what is honorable in the sight of all. If possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all. Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord." To the contrary, "if your enemy is hungry, feed him; if he is thirsty, give him something to drink; for by so doing you will heap burning coals on his head." Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. (Romans 12.14-21 ESV)As the society tells us that Islam is a peaceful religion and the world tells us to be "tolerant" of Islamic beliefs, we see the "intolerance" found in Islam- and the world for that matter. Pay attention to the reports of Mosques being blown apart and see who is doing it- not U.S. soldiers, but other Muslims.
